Shipping + Returns

Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted or a presale item. Please take into account this additional time when selecting a shipping option at checkout. We currently do not offer international shipping–check back in the future.

Please be sure and confirm your shipping address when ordering, as we are not able to reroute a package once shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to track your package.

Returns
We gladly accept returns of unused items within 14 days of order delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. All sale or promotion items are final sale. 

Shipping costs are nonrefundable and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items that are damaged when we receive them will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund, so please be sure to pack your return carefully.

To return an item, please email info@shophammett.com with your order number and we will provide the information needed to initiate the return.

Upon receipt, Hammett will refund the original form of payment. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded. 

Damaged Item?

We use the utmost care when packing our orders, but accidents do happen. Any damages or defects must be documented and emailed to us within 48 hours of receipt. If you received a damaged order, please email info@shophammett.com upon receiving with your order number, a photo of the damaged item or items, and a photo of the packaging. We will take it from there!

Lost Package

The shipping carrier chosen at checkout is responsible for the delivery of your order. If your package has been lost or delayed, it is the responsibility of the carrier and all inquiries should be directed to them. 

While we are not liable for lost or stolen packages after they've left our care, we will do our very best to help. Please let us know if there is any information we can provide to help with the search.

Local Shoppers 

Choose the “Local Pickup” option at checkout and the order can be picked up locally for shoppers in the Birmingham area. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with pickup instructions. 

Gift-Wrap

We offer complimentary gift-wrap for all of your gifting needs. Simply choose this option at checkout. Please note, sale items are not eligible for gift-wrap.
