Shipping

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. All orders are shipped through UPS and the shipping time is based on what is chosen at checkout. If shipping UPS Ground, packages are typically delivered in 1-3 business days from the shipping date to the east coast and 5-7 business days to the west coast. Please reach out to info@shophammett.com regarding international orders. 

Please be sure and confirm your shipping address when ordering, as we are not able to reroute a package once shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to track your package.

Returns

Change your mind? Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging. All sale items are final sale. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please reach out to info@shophammett.com regarding your return and we will get you the information you need. 

Hammett will refund the original form of payment. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded. 

Damaged Item?

We use the utmost care when packing our orders, but accidents do happen. If you received a damaged order, please email info@shophammett.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item or items. We will take it from there!

Lost Package

The shipping carrier chosen at checkout is responsible for the delivery of your order. If your package has been lost, please reach out to the carrier directly and let us know if we can provide any information to help.

Local or need your order ASAP?

Choose the “Local Pickup” option at checkout and the order can be picked up locally for shoppers in the Birmingham area. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with pickup instructions. Need a quicker shipping option? Shoot us an email at info@shophammett.com and we will help arrange the best shipping method for you.

Do you offer gift-wrap?

We offer custom gift-wrap for all of your gifting needs. Simply choose this option at checkout.

Need a large quantity of an item?

Hammett would love to work with you on your bridesmaid, hostess, or any other gift you may need multiples of. Email info@shophammett.com and let us know what you are looking for. Don’t forget to ask about gift wrapping and local delivery!
