Shipping

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. All orders are shipped through UPS and the shipping time is based on what is chosen at checkout. We currently do not offer international shipping. Please check back in the future.

Please be sure and confirm your shipping address when ordering, as we are not able to reroute a package once shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to track your package.

Returns

Change your mind? Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging. All sale and promotion items are final sale. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund. Please reach out to info@shophammett.com with your order number and we will provide information needed to initiate the return.

Hammett will refund the original form of payment. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded. 

Damaged Item?

We use the utmost care when packing our orders, but accidents do happen. If you received a damaged order, please email info@shophammett.com upon receiving with your order number and a photo of the damaged item or items. We will take it from there!

Lost Package

The shipping carrier chosen at checkout is responsible for the delivery of your order. If your package has been lost, please reach out to the carrier directly and let us know if we can provide any information to help.

Local Shoppers 

Choose the “Local Pickup” option at checkout and the order can be picked up locally for shoppers in the Birmingham area. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with pickup instructions. 

Do you offer gift-wrap?

We offer complimentary custom gift-wrap for all of your gifting needs. Simply choose this option at checkout.
